We are looking for a Senior internal recruiter for our client, this is can be based anywhere in the UK or at their office in the South East.
This role is to head up their internal recruitment, therefore you will be required to take ownership of this process and provide a first-class recruitment function.
We need someone who is used to and enjoys getting into the detail of senior hires whilst providing excellent customer service this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will need to have experience of understanding complex job descriptions, drilling into the detail with hiring managers to ensure you deliver the right candidates both technically and that fit the culture of the department/ business.
• Delivering innovative and engaging recruitment advertising campaigns, using a range of media to elevate our employer brand.
• Building a robust talent pipeline for the future.
• An invovative user of social media. Attracting candidates using a range of advertising, networking and headhunting techniques.
We are looking for
• A senior recruiter with a background in electrical, utilities, Technical or engineering recruitment would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.
• Someone who delivers.
• Ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels involved in the recruitment process
